Three things to pay attention to when wiring the 3 phase stabilizer


First, the diameter of the power cord at the inlet end of the 3 phase stabilizer should meet the current value of the corresponding capacity of the voltage stabilizer;

Second, the incoming power cord should be connected to the input end of the 3 phase stabilizer, and according to the color of the bus: yellow connects to phase A, green connects to phase B, red connects to phase C, and the outlet power cord should be connected to the stabilizer The output terminal, and according to the color of the busbar: yellow to A phase, green to B phase, red to C phase, to the terminal with zero "N", the chassis shell should be connected to the earth, and the grounding resistance should be less than 0.4 ohm;

Third, for 3 phase stabilizers with double cabinets or multiple cabinets, the bus bars between the cabinets must be connected according to the color, and the other connections should be connected according to the number.


3 phase stabilizer grounding inspection should pay attention to the following 4 aspects:


 The first job of the regulator debugger is to check the grounding of the regulator. This work is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of the regulator and must be done carefully. The specific work content is as follows:


First, check whether the main circuit wiring is firm and reliable, especially for the QA electronic control switch, whether the contact of the QN knife changeover switch and the KM contactor is loose, if there is loose, it must be tightened.

Second, check the electric boat components on the panel, such as ammeter, voltmeter indicator light, button, and changeover switch. If there is any virtual connection, they must be reconnected.

Third, check whether the control circuit of the electric control switch and the power switch of the motor are closed, if not, please close the control switch of the electric control circuit first.

Fourth, check whether the control circuit board is soldered, if any, please solder again.
